The Tulsa Preservation Commission invites all Historic Preservation Overlay District residents and anyone interested in Tulsa’s historic neighborhoods to join us for a neighborhood meeting. This will be a friendly, welcoming opportunity to connect with neighbors and fellow stewards of Tulsa’s historic homes. We’ll be introducing the newly updated Unified Design Guidelines, refreshed for the first time since 2017 to offer clearer, more helpful direction for homeowners navigating preservation and permitting. Printed copies will be available to browse, along with comment cards for anyone who would like to share feedback. Staff will also be on hand to discuss project ideas and answer questions about HP permits.
