Bob Yapp is back this month for a hands-on Passive Wood Floor Restoration Workshop! This fun and intense three-day workshop will teach participants how to restore hardwood tongue and groove flooring. You will learn how to passively remove the damaged old finish and how to apply a finish. At the end of the three days, you will know from beginning to end, how to repair and passively restore any tongue and grooved strip floor. All skill levels are encouraged to enroll. This is a hands-on workshop so you will be getting dirty. You will need to bring eye protection and knee pads.

White House Designates Tulsa as a Preserve America Community

“Preserve America Communities demonstrate that they are committed to preserving America’s heritage while ensuring a future filled with opportunities for learning and enjoyment,” Mrs. Bush said. “This community designation program, combined with the Preserve America Grant Program, Preserve America Presidential Awards, and other federal support, provides strong incentives for continued preservation of our cultural and natural heritage resources. I commend you for your commitment to preserving an important part of our nation’s historic past for visitors, neighbors, and, most importantly, for children.”
