There are a number of incentives to invest in historic buildings in Tulsa. In addition to Federal and State Rehabilitation Tax Credits and preservation easements, Tulsa offers a number of other incentives including:

  • Adoption of the International Existing Building Code enables historic structures to meet code requirement more easily.
