In January, the new Zoning Code brought a few changes to the Historic Preservation (HP) Overlay Districts that require the Unified Design Guidelines to be updated. The Tulsa Preservation Commission (TPC) will be hosting a HP Zoning Information Session which will include information about HP Zoning, the HP Permit Process and changes to the Unified Design Guidelines.
