The Tulsa Preservation Commission is staffed by professional planners in the City of Tulsa Planning Department.
Jed Porter, Preservation Planner
Dr. Porter is the Historic Preservation Officer and oversees the Certified Local Government program. He is responsible for program planning and grant administration as well as providing primary staff support to the Tulsa Preservation Commission. Dr. Porter is an alumnus of the University of Kentucky College of Architecture and the University of Pennsylvania Ph.D. Program in Architecture.
Kristin Pack, Planner I
Ms. Pack oversees the Historic Preservation (HP) Permit application process and advises homeowners, contractors, and architects on their historic home projects. She has a Master’s Degree in Historic Preservation from the University of Kentucky’s College of Design.
