A new program will give all neighborhoods and homeowners’ associations registered with the City of Tulsa the opportunity to apply for a matching grant for a neighborhood beautification project.
The grants will fund various improvement projects by providing a dollar-for-dollar match from the Tulsa Beautification Foundation and George Kaiser Family Foundation and other local funds.

"This gives citizens a chance to create and implement sustainable change in their neighborhoods," Mayor Kathy Taylor said.
